A cannibal love story... about the need to find someone who knows how to love us for who we are. Luca Guadagnino returns to unconventional horror, after the 2018 remake Suspiria, and does so with a coming-of-age story, delicate and bloody at the same time, very deep and very bloody, suitable for those looking for horror but also emotion. A film that certainly cannot leave you indifferent, it is a film with two souls, the purely romantic one for girls and the dark, cynical and bestial one. A masterpiece, engaging and poetic.  | Goodnight Mommy 2022 A psychological thriller with horror nuances, a remake of a 2014 Austrian film described as disturbing and highly praised by critics. Hidden behind a mask, we find the always good Naomi Watts, here also a producer, in the role of a mother who whispers a horror lullaby in the ears of her children... to tell us that very, too often the monster lives within the walls of the home and in the people closest to us. Compared to the original film, there is much less ferocity and cruelty, but it is still a good film of tension and mystery. The dream sequences are particularly suggestive. |

It’s directed by Kevin Kölsch and Dennis Widmyer (who also directed Starry Eyes) and is, of course, a reboot of the classic Stephen King film Pet Sematary from 1983.
