With the The Walking Dead season 5 finale right around the corner speculation is brewing on who will die in the final episode of the season.There has been lots of talk that Daryl Dixon dies in the finale.  The official synopsis for "Conquer" Episode 16 is:  “Daryl finds trouble while on a run; Rick and the group feel like outsiders in Alexandria, where trouble approaches the gates.”   That sure does not make things sound too good for Mr Dixon.

According to Wetpaint "Norman will be a guest on the March 29 episode of Talking Dead, which could suggest that he’s there as a way to bid farewell to the show. However, he’ll also be on the show with TWD showrunner Scott Gimple, co-star Melissa McBride (Carol Peletier), and a mystery TWD star"  Maybe this is just too fool fans but it seems like the "mystery star" will be the one who dies in the finale.

Details that confirm that Daryl lives come from a website that specializes in TWD rumors.

The guys over at The Spoiling Dead Fans have an inside source that has given some details and managed to rule out a few rumors and speculations.

A - No.

Q - Does he make it to the ASZ?
A - Yeah! (Along with Daryl and Aaron)

Q - Does Carl lose an eye?
A - No, Carl is still as handsome as ever.

Q - Does the ASZ get overrun by walkers?
A - No, the safe zone does not get overrun.

Q - Does anyone get killed by walkers?
A - I have a feeling I will be saying no quite a lot. No.

Q - Do we find out what the 'W' means?
A - Yes. Wolves.

Q - Do we see The Wolves at all?
A - Yes, a few of them.

Q - What about Negan?
A - Sorry to disappoint, but noooo.

Q - Does Daryl lose his hand?
A - That old Nicotero picture? No, his hand, arms, legs are all intact.

Q - Does anyone die?
A - Nobody in Rick's group dies. Daryl fans can relax.

So from all indications Daryl Dixon will not be die in the season 5 finale of The Walking Dead.
